Patricia Richardson - First Lady and Leader of Zion Women of Excellence (ZWOE)
Zion Women of Excellence is a bold, faith-driven sisterhood led by Lady Patricia Richardson—a two-time breast cancer survivor whose life is a living testimony of God’s healing power and grace. Her mission is to educate women on the gifts of God and to equip them to overcome every challenge life throws their way—whether it’s cancer, a battle for their marriage, financial hardship, or emotional struggle.
ZWOE is a place where women don’t just gather—they grow, heal, and rise. Through weekly Thursday morning prayer calls and monthly in-person meetings, Lady Richardson creates a space of encouragement, wisdom, and spiritual empowerment. Women come to be poured into, to share their stories, and to leave stronger than they arrived.
This ministry is built on the belief that survival is not the end—it’s the beginning of purpose. Every gathering is infused with prayer, teaching, and testimony, reminding women that they are not alone and that God has equipped them to thrive.
Each October, ZWOE hosts its Annual Convention—a powerful, spirit-filled event where women from all walks of life come together to celebrate resilience, receive fresh revelation, and be revived in their calling. It’s more than a conference—it’s a divine encounter.
ZWOE is for every woman who’s ever fought through pain, prayed through tears, and believed for more. Under Lady Richardson’s leadership, this ministry continues to raise up women of excellence—women who walk in faith, lead with strength, and live with purpose.

Associate Minister Tim Richardson, This Men’s Group at ZCPBC is more than a monthly gathering—it's a place where men grow stronger in faith, character, and community. We meet to encourage one another, study God’s Word, and walk out our calling as spiritual leaders in our homes, workplaces, and neighborhoods.
Whether you're seeking deeper connection, accountability, or simply a space to be real, this group offers:
• Biblical teaching and prayer that equips men to live with integrity and purpose
• Authentic fellowship where men support each other through life’s challenges
• Service opportunities to put faith into action—locally and beyond
• Mentorship and discipleship for spiritual growth at every stage of life
We believe that when men rise in faith, families flourish, communities strengthen, and the church thrives. Come as you are—and leave encouraged, empowered, and equipped.

A faith-based firearms and self-defense ministry led by Deacon Kevin Baker and Rachelle Baker, open to all members of the church and surrounding community. While all are welcome, the ministry places a special emphasis on educating and empowering women—equipping them with the knowledge, confidence, and spiritual grounding to protect themselves and their families.
This fellowship meets regularly at the shooting range to provide:
• Hands-on firearm safety training, including proper handling, storage, and legal regulations
• Education on Texas laws regarding concealed carry, self-defense, and responsible gun ownership
• Biblical foundations for protection and stewardship, reinforcing that self-defense is not fear-based, but faith-informed
• Community support and mentorship, especially for women navigating personal safety concerns, past trauma, or new responsibilities
• Practical instruction in situational awareness, conflict de-escalation, and emergency response
Zion Watchmen Fellowship is not just about firearms—it’s about spiritual vigilance, personal empowerment, and community readiness. We believe that every believer should be equipped to stand watch over their household, both in prayer and in practical preparedness.
Whether you’re new to firearms or seeking to deepen your understanding, this ministry offers a safe, respectful, and spiritually grounded environment to learn, grow, and connect.

Zion School of Saints is the foundational teaching ministry of ZCPBC, administered by Cassie Livingston. This program is designed to equip believers of all ages with a deeper understanding of God’s Word and a stronger walk in faith.
Sunday School meets weekly from 9:00 to 10:00 AM, with lessons taught by a rotating team of dedicated church members. Each session offers fresh insight, practical application, and spiritual encouragement—whether you're new to the faith or growing in your calling.
Midweek, we gather online for Wednesday Night Bible Study, a powerful time of chapter-by-chapter, verse-by-verse teaching led by Rachelle Baker. This Zoom-based study invites participants into a deeper dive into scripture, fostering spiritual maturity, biblical literacy, and meaningful discussion in a welcoming virtual space.
Zion School of Saints is more than a program—it’s a spiritual training ground where saints are equipped, encouraged, and empowered to live out the Word with clarity and conviction.
