Livingston of the Primitive Baptist Association.
Elder Richardson is the husband of one wife, Mrs. Patricia Ann Richardson, the Father of three: Xavier (Dee) Richardson, Tiffiny Echols (Jeffrey) & Timothy Richardson (Kiri), and grandfather of nineteen.
He attended South Oak Cliff High School, followed by Bishop College, and received his Degree in Microcomputer Technology. He also attended and received his Diploma in Theology from the Southern Bible Institute of Dallas. He was ordained preacher in 1975 and pastored since 1980. His 1st Pastorate was in Palestine, Texas for 6 years, and his 2nd and memorable tenure is with the Zion Chapel Primitive Baptist Church for the last 28 years, since 1991.
He continues to serve as Senior Pastor of Zion as well as in many areas of ministerial leadership. He was the Moderator of the Sinai District Association for over 11 years, Texas General State Convention, Vice President for 10 years, and Former President of the South Dallas Fair Park Ministers Union, Presently serves as President of the Lancaster Interdenominational Minster Alliance and the Western Regional Vice President of the National Primitive Baptist Convention USA, the Hall of Fame on July 8, 2005 as a monarch to the associate body.
As a visionary Elder Richardson founding the Zion Chapel Economic Development Incorporation in 1999. And serves as CEO and Board Chairman, ZCorp, aka called is a 501c3 Non-Profit corporation, and was founded to assist in the community’s progress of South Dallas and surrounding areas. Zcorp sponsors Health Fair, Back to school drives, TDA Summer Feed Programs, Educational and Training for all..
Pastor Richardson of the Zion Chapel Primitive Baptist Church and serves as the CEO and Founder of Zion Kidz Academy & Learning Center. ZKALC was founded in 2003 in the Southern sector of Dallas before transitioning to Lancaster in 2012 and was reestablished in hopes of making an impact on all children for God. Pastor Richardson also founded Zion Chapel Economic Development INC. a 501c3 Non-profit organization that provides summer meals and activities during the summer months. His experience in working with children spans back 30+ years as a youth leader in the church, Youth Pastor and overseer of the ministry. Pastor Richardson can be seen at the center throughout the week comforting and holding babies and is affectionally known as “Papa.” He is educated and certified in the State Of Texas in the child care industry on the State Minimum Standards, Child Care management, and it’s various software systems.

She works along with her husband, Elder. John Richardson, in ministry, serving as an Evangelist, Women Ministry Leader and Youth counselor.
She served as the President of National Primitive Baptist Convention Minister's Wives and Widows Department for 12 years and is currently serving as the President of the Sinai District Primitive Baptist Association, Women Congress (2021), President and founder of Women of Excellence Inc., Board member of Zion Chapel Economic Development, Inc., a 501c3 none profit faith based organization, Board Member and Director of Zion Kidz Academy and Learning Center and Chairperson for the Red Chair Project, a Sickle Cell fund raisers for the Research of Sickle Cell.

After her personal battle with Breast Cancer in 2001, and 2019 she now celebrates 20/2 years of being Cancer FREE! Her going through has been a source of strength for those waiting in faith for God's divine healing and restoration. Today her testimony to others who are struggling with any form of sickness is “face it with faith in God". Her prayerful and intense intercession for others led to healing of stage 4 breast cancer and now to victorious living with her family and back to work.
Her greatest desire is to help women over the world realize who they are in Christ and the abundance they have as a woman designed by the Almighty God. She also desires to see young couples in ministry avoid the traps set by the enemy by being a resource and a listening ear utilizing over 46 years of marriage as a road map and key to overcoming obstacles and indifference.

Minister Myyon Hardeman is a dynamic and multi-talented leader whose life reflects a deep commitment to service, excellence, and faith. A graduate of Skyline High School (Class of 1996) and attendee of Eastfield College, Myyon has built a distinguished career as an Administrative Professional, serving organizations such as Ramada Inn Hotels, Medical City Dallas, and JC Penney Corporation. She currently serves as Executive Assistant to the Founder and President of The Black Academy of Arts and Letters, where her organizational skill and creative vision continue to shine.
At Zion Chapel Primitive Baptist Church, Myyon serves faithfully as Executive Assistant to the Pastor, Church Administrator, and Youth Pastor. Her ministerial duties mirror her professional strengths—blending administration, creativity, and heartfelt mentorship. She is also an active member of the church choir, lending her voice to worship, and a regular contributor to the church podcast, where she shares insights, encouragement, and biblical wisdom with the broader community.
For the past 12 years, Myyon has led the Youth Ministry, serving youth ages 12–18 across the southern sector of Dallas and Lancaster. Her mission is to build strong, biblical foundations through engaging Bible studies, empowering activities, and programs that encourage young people to trust their faith, believe in their Creator, and boldly share their journey. She is especially passionate about supporting grandmothers raising grandchildren, single parents, and families in need of educational, financial, and emotional support.
Myyon’s heart beats for children, teens, and single mothers. She believes that through the love of Christ, all things are possible and made new. Her leadership reflects the mission of Zion Chapel—to see families developed in their faith, empowered in their finances, and free to share their testimony with others.

In the classroom, Timothy serves as a Career & Technical Education (CTE) instructor, teaching high school students the art of media production, audio/video technology, and entrepreneurship. At Zion Chapel, Timothy also serves as Creative and Church Media Director, ensuring that the message of hope is communicated with clarity, excellence, and cultural relevance. His media ministry bridges generations and platforms, amplifying voices and elevating the church’s digital presence.
A proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. since Spring 2001, Timothy is the founder of M3: Men Mentoring Men—a transformative initiative focused on building character, fostering accountability, and nurturing emotional resilience among men from all walks of life.
